Our mission is to provide the highest quality of training available, without compromise, in a friendly and comfortable environment and it is with great pleasure that we will work diligently to deliver on our promises to you.

Our aim is to make all our trainees satisfied and happy with their training. Yet, we believe that it is your responsibility to be totally confident about every enrolment that you make with us and that is the reason why we have a no refund policy, under any circumstances.

However, if you wish to make any changes in your course date, you can do it any time, at no extra fee.

Your place at the course cannot be transferred to anyone else.

We have the right to reschedule our courses, physical training classes and mock dates, if necessary.

We reserve our right to make necessary adjustments and make changes to the pattern and structure of our online courses, full courses, physical training classes and mocks, if necessary.

We reserve our right to relocate the course venue if needed. 

We are currently running our full courses in a hybrid format which is a combination of interactive online sessions and in-person classes.

We strongly advise our candidates to not share PLAB exam content in any way, as this is against the GMC’s guidelines.

 

Covid-19 Update:

Common Stations PLAB Academy is taking the spread of Coronavirus extremely seriously. Our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our candidates, providing a safe environment for them.

During the pandemic, we may need to implement some required modifications which include adjustments on how we run our courses, necessary precautions to take such as filling up a health questionnaire, wearing a face mask, checking temperature, having Covid test etc before entering the academy. 

During the ongoing pandemic, the situation is quite unpredictable all over the world.

Therefore, if the decision has been made to implement the necessary adjustments to conduct our full courses, we will not take any responsibility to compensate the cost of your travel arrangements, accommodation or any other expenses.  

It is worth mentioning that due to unforeseen Covid-19 circumstances, we have the right to reschedule your course, if necessary.

In light of Covid-19 situation, we have the right to reschedule the dates of all our courses, if necessary.

To cope with the Covid-19 situation, we reserve our right to make changes to the pattern and structure of our online and full courses, if necessary.

We are staying well informed of the developing situation and will consider the advice and recommendations from the Government, General Medical Council (GMC), Public Health England, the World Health Organisation, as well as our institution's risk assessment to create the best plan to run our full courses.
